Corey Zussman

As a forensic architect registered in several states, Corey Zussman has practiced in the construction industry for more than 30 years. He specializes in the building envelope, restoration, preservation, life safety, and interior finishes. While working on over 2000 projects, Corey conducts constructability reviews, pre-installation meetings, comprehensive envelope meetings, and construction observations.

Pat Conway

Pat is a registered architect in Wisconsin. He is a distinguished national masonry author and speaker. He is a prolific presenter on masonry wall system topics, including flashing, movement control, high-performance masonry wall systems, air barriers, efficient wall design, structural masonry concepts, masonry drawings and specifications review, modern open-jointed rainscreen veneer systems, creative masonry design, masonry lintels, single-wythe masonry walls, lessons-learned from the job site, and adhered veneers.

Roy Schauffele

Roy Schauffele is an internationally published author and speaker in the fields of energy conservation and sustainable building envelopes including insulation, air barrier technology, roofing & waterproofing, vegetative & cool roofing, all with an eye towards improving building science, performance and quality of life. He is the acknowledged inventor of “The Perfect Wall” which is now the nationwide building code standard for wall construction. Globally, he is the only person to be a Fellow of both CSI and ABAA. Roy continues to be a requested national speaker on air barriers, roofing, insulation, energy conservation design and sustainability.

Meagan Elfert

Meagan Elfert, CDT, MBA, CBS, is the Vice President for York Flashings and has been part of the York team since 2014. She manages York’s sales team across all regions of the USA and oversees the strategic direction of the organization. Meagan gives presentations on flashing and transition compatibility, sustainability, and performance to the AEC community across the country. She also provides educational sessions for contractors and performs job site visits to bring installers the latest technology and best flashing practices.

Andrew Dunlap

As a building enclosure specialist and leader of the firm's Building Technology Studio, he’s our go-to expert on exterior building enclosures and thermal analysis—roofing, skylights, curtain walls, windows and waterproofing—including those of historic structures. This includes analyzing conditions, investigating options for corrective work, and developing remediation and construction plans.
